How do I order? Go to the Order page of the website. Copy and paste the information into an e-mail to lumedoll@gmail.com and it is helpful to enter Order in the subject area.
How will I know my order has been received? You'll get a short e-mail letting you know that your payment has been received (usually within 24-48 hours).
How can I make a payment? Payments can be made by Paypal, check, or money order. If you are paying with Paypal, you will receive the address for payment in your order confirmation e-mail, or you can request a Paypal invoice.
Where are you located? Lumedoll is in the United States.
What are the shipping costs? Shipping charges vary with the destination and the size of the doll. Only actual shipping costs are charged and you may e-mail for a shipping quote (please include your post code or Country).
Do you ship with other carriers other than USPS? No, I have found that the USPS Priority Mail has the most reasonable shipping rates as well as excellent service. For international shipments, I use the USPS Express Mail International (EMI) .
How long will my package take to arrive? Typically, packages shipped in the US take 2-3 days to arrive, and outside the US, 3-5 days (although there are times when a package is delayed in customs).
How do I set up a layaway when I order? Include your choice of layaway option in "Additional Instructions" area of the ordering information.
When will my doll be made if it is on layaway? Dolls are started soon after the deposit is made and many times are ready to ship within a few days of the final payment.
What happens if I need to cancel my layaway? Please let me know as soon as possible if you think you will not be able to continue making payments on your doll. Remember that deposits and other payments made are non-refundable.
Can I have a custom face-up done by Lumedoll? Only the default face-up is available.
